We operate over 60 retail stores in major shopping centres around Australia and New Zealand.
We are currently seeking vibrant and dynamic Store Managers to join our retail teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct management of the store team
Leading and motivating the team to deliver a brilliant customer experience with each customer interaction
Maximising the stores sales performance on a range of products and services
Coaching and development of all store employees
Responding to and resolving customer issues that have been escalated
Managing the stores productivity through effective time and attendance and labour cost management
Addressing performance/behavioural issues as they arise
Achievement of Customer, Sales, and Team engagement KPI's
Lead daily team feedback
Development of effective rostering to meet Customer, Business & team outcomes.
Ensure a high standard of store & product presentation
Demonstrate effective visual merchandising of the store.
Complete ordering, processing and maintenance of Stock as required

Previous retail experience is a MUST
Be flexible to work on the weekends and late night trade
