Seeking Smartphone Specialist (Retail/Sales) - Bayside VIC

We are the largest mobile phone, and tablet accessories and smart device repairer in Australia and NZ. We operate over 63 retail stores in major shopping centres around Australia and NZ
We are currently seeking vibrant and dynamic Smartphone Specialist/Sales Assistant to join our retail store teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
Diagnose device and explain issue to the customer
Perform repair on device
Carry out quality control test on device after repair and explain repair undertaken to customer
Parts management
Provide excellent customer service
To be considered for this role you will have;
Experience in service of devices or retail experience essential
Attention to detail
Time management and problem solving skills
Be flexible to work 7 day rotating roster (including weekends and late night trade)
Effective communication skills
Reliable and dedicated to the job
Strong interest in mobile phones, tablets and electronic devices
