Our 63 retail stores internationally, serve over a million customers a year, in Australia and New Zealand. As the customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service support for our retail at the company's head office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
Provide help and advice to customers for our products and services;
Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, and occasionally face to face;
Investigate and resolve customers' issues and complaints;
Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
Analyse data to determine, produce reports and improve customer service level;
Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards aligned to company objective;
Connect with other stakeholders to determine possible improvements to the business;
Train staff to deliver a high level of customer service;
Keep up to date with organisation's products or services;
Keep ahead of developments in customer service
Requirements;
Warm, friendly, and a passion for customer service;
Enjoy talking to people and building relationships with customers;
Understand customers' needs and enjoy connecting them with the right products and services;
At least 1 years in customer service experience;
Team player who thinks quickly on their feet;
Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while multitasking in a fast paced working environment;
Good written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds;
A valid Australian visa with the right to work full-time.
