HTA is a young company with a strong focus on training and development within the team. As a part of our human Recourses function and reporting to the Operations Manager and Human Resource Advisor, you will be enthusiastic, highly driven and adaptive, with a strong focus on recruiting the right people for our business needs to ensure targets are achieved; and conduct assessments of the onsite training. You will have a passion for self-development and want to further your career in the human resources sector.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through the database
Manage pre-selection phone interviews
Interviewing potential candidates face to face
Identifying skills to match client needs
Reference Checking
Follow up on successful candidates welfare and performance post placement
Ensuring all recruitment documentation is accurately completed in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate candidate records
Conduct assessments of onsite training
Assist the Operations Manager on the performance management and operational change implementation
Develop marketing and PR strategies
Produce weekly report
Monitor the certificates of achievement and statement of attainment
Other ad hoc admin tasks
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills

Work in a close team environment
6 month commitment to the role
You will be trained in Sydney office for 1 month and 5 months in Gold Coast office
