We are a food manufacturing factory searching for a Food Factory Supervisor. An established business that produces pastry and pastry products and sells to major supermarkets, institutional clients as well as direct to market. You will lead a team with responsibility for the daily running of the factory. You will ensure that work adheres to high quality and safety regulations. You will build relationships with key personnel including suppliers and industry regulators and should be able to work unsupervised and manage the day to day activities in the factory
The remuneration on offer is up to $65,000.00 + Super To be successful in the role you must: - Have prior experience with the food manufacturing environment - A solid understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles - Have prior leadership experience - Experience with flow packing machines - Be able to carry out basic repairs and maintenance - Forklift License and experience - Experience within a food manufacturing environment - Sound understanding of raw materials and production - Be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving consistently - Be comfortable working at a fast pace and drive compliance - Receiving and processing the orders - Be able to build a cohesive and knowledgeable team - Strong attention to detail - Be reliable and hardworking - ONLY QUALIFIED APPLICANTS NEED TO APPLY - Only Australian residents for tax purposes need to apply, work and holiday or student visa holders will not be considered for this position.
