Security parking available at extra $45 per week per space.

A new modern apartment, located right on Jones Street, and about 10 minutes by walk to University of Technology Sydney ,TAFE, George Street, CBD and City
Bus stop is right in front of the house, and takes about 5 min to catch a ride to the city
Rent is payable fortnightly. 
Photos included here, are for the Master room & other bedrooms. For a rough approximation, the only accessible from the bedroom, is roughly almost the size of the living room.
