We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Vietnamese Migration Agents across our Sydney branches. As a highly valued position vital to our ongoing success, we are seeking an expert who can handle clients with confidence, empathy and urge them in the right direction with their visa needs in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely migration advice and assistance across a variety of visa sub-classes – Student Visas, GSM, Partner Visas, Parent visas, Visitor Visas, TSS, ENS, other employer sponsorship visas, business visas and Appeals (AAT) cases
- Prepare and lodge precise visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs (Doha)
- Liaise with Doha and related stakeholders including skill assessment authorities
- Continuously expand and maintain a knowledge manual of migration legislation and policies
- Network with professionals from the Migration and Education industry to gain insights into current trends and practices
- Create and preserve the client base and relationships by participating in existing business development activities
- Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct as administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) in Australia

Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience working in a similar role within the migration industry (preferable)
- Vietnamese speaking is a Must
- Must hold a current MARA registration or pursuing Certificate in Migration Law
- Completion of Graduate Certificate in Migration Law (or currently pursuing)
- Own professional indemnity cover
- Strong technical knowledge with respect to the current Australian immigration laws and policy
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to achieve organisational goals and meet targets in a timely manner
- Strong sales and customer service techniques
- Ability to work in a collaborative team but also autonomously cater to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and client expectations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an eye for detail and accuracy
- An energetic and creative personality, with a 'can-do' attitude
