About the role
We are currently looking for an adaptable, well-organised and reliable administration manager to assist in the management of classes, interact with and service to students, parents and teachers.
We prefer the candidate to possess some prior workplace experience and is capable of conversing fluently in Vietnamese and English.
Your daily tasks will include:
Coordinate and support the general administrative functions relating to email, phones, reception, petty cash, system management and maintenance.
Organising student enrolment and book orders
Manage classes and lesson plans for students and parents to follow
Liaise and interact with students, parents and teachers
Performing ad hoc administrative duties when necessary
The successful candidate must:
Management experience: 1+ years
Proven experience in administration and customer service
Must speak English and Vietnamese
Be flexible, consistent and available for work after school hours on weekdays
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with a great work ethic
Have current and valid working with children check.
