As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Sales Performance
-Maintain and increase sales of your company's products
*Store Operations Management
-Manage store staff by providing direction and facilitating additional training where required
-Inspire and influence teams to deliver experiences and results that build customer loyalty
*Supervision and Administration
-Manage and implement store rosters to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workloads
*Communication
-Establish and maintain good relationships with staff members by regularly communicating relevant information provided by head office
Requirements
*At least 2 years experience within the reputable retail brands industry including retail store operations and customer service
*Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
*Proven ability in managing and mentoring teams to reach their full potential to succeed within the business
*Achievement of Sales KPI’s and completion of goals
*Exceptional communication and time management skills
*The ability to work well in a team focused and fast paced environment
*A strong passion for retail and customer service
